This condominium has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, screened in Tarpon Lounge, and sunset terrace off the second story master bedroom. Decorated with the owner’s appreciation for fishing and the local ecosystem, you will relax the winters away. Other amenities include community pool, access to recreation facility with tennis courts, pool, sauna, and fitness studio. Outdoor Resorts Marina is across the street and offers the best boat ramp and local fishing information. Apollo’s Lodge is available from December 1st through April 15th with a minimum of one month stay. This unit is available for $3,500 per month and discounted for multiple consecutive month stays. Condominium association rules apply and customary notification to the association is required.
